Fencing questions we get asked
Do I need a permit for a fence?
Most residential fences don't need a building permit, but height and placement rules vary by city. Toronto, Markham and the Durham municipalities each have their own fence bylaws, and we'll flag anything that applies to your property when we quote.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the length of fence and the site. We give you the schedule in writing with your quote, so you know when we start and finish.
Do you remove the old fence?
Yes. Removal and disposal of your old fence can be included in your quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. $5M general liability and full WSIB coverage. Certificates are available on request.
